While we strive for accurate image representation on our puzzles, slight variations in printing may occur due to image quality, sizing, and display colours.

All products are advertised in good faith, but unforeseen manufacturing, supply, or delivery issues may occasionally lead to stock unavailability. We offer rainchecks where possible. Specifications and availability may change without notice.

Your Account:

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and restricting computer access. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing:

Prices, shown in New Zealand Dollars including GST, may change without notice. Delivery is not included in product pricing unless otherwise stated.

Authority to Leave Parcels:

Once delivery is made, parcels left with authority are not our responsibility. This includes parcels tampered with, lost, or stolen after delivery.
